I have a problem, where it comes to my website. I think WAY too big. I first decided that I wanted to write my own blogging software but it was proven over months that I don't have enough free time for that. After coming to that conclusion, I started working on forking an open-source ColdFusion blogging engine to fit my needs, and I did get a long way toward that goal, but once again, I didn't have time for that. That's why I decided today, while procrastinating more important things, to work on integrating an existing solution into the site to fill the need.
I decided, after fiddling around with it a little to use Posterous. It seems to fit the need. You can access the actual Posterous account at blog.steinbring.net but all of the content should also be magically copied (thanks to a little CF voodoo) to the front page of the site.
By the way, I promise to try now to post more frequently in this space.
